We are looking for a Ground Operations Executive responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing fixed cameras in vehicles. The role involves field visits, coordination with the operations team, and ensuring timely resolution of camera-related issues in cars.

Key Responsibilities:

Install fixed cameras in vehicles as per company guidelines.

Replace or repair cameras that are faulty or damaged.

Perform basic troubleshooting of wiring, connectors, and mounting issues.

Conduct routine checks to ensure camera stability and clarity.

Coordinate with the operations/tech team for updates and issue reporting.

Maintain daily logs of installations, replacements, and repairs done on the field.

Ensure all work is completed within the required turnaround time (TAT).

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of fieldwork/ground operations experience.

Basic understanding of wiring, connectors, and hardware installation.

Ability to work on multiple vehicle models and ensure proper camera fitting.

Comfortable with travel within the city as part of daily operations.

Good communication and reporting skills.

SSLC / PUC / ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in dash cam installation, GPS unit installation, or similar hardware fitting roles.

Basic troubleshooting skills for electronic accessories.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs as per operations requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
