Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Vehicle Manager (on Field Duty) to oversee fleet operations, ensure smooth vehicle movement and minimize downtime. The role involves active field coordination, handling breakdowns and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily vehicle operations and deployment in the field.

- Monitor vehicle health, breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.

- Coordinate with drivers, mechanics and operations team for smooth workflow.

- Conduct regular inspections for vehicle safety, fitness and compliance.

- Maintain records of vehicle performance, maintenance schedules and reports.

- Handle on-ground issues, escalate critical problems to senior management.

- ₹Equipped well to handle on-road police cases.

- ₹Equipped and presentable enough to represent the company in court matters in case of legal compliances of the vehicle.

- Must have experience in managing and handling Heavy Vehicles.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 4-8 years of experience in vehicle/fleet management.

- ₹Tech friendly with Google Maps and other such day-to-day apps.

- Strong knowledge of transport operations, compliance and maintenance.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work in the field of logistics and handle operational challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,323.27 - ₹40,259.88 per month

Work Location: In person
