The Vehicle Loan Executive is responsible for promoting and processing vehicle loan products (both new and used vehicles), achieving monthly targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement through coordination with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and source potential customers for vehicle loans (two-wheeler, four-wheeler, commercial vehicle, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with automobile dealers, showrooms, and agents.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets within the given timelines.
2. Customer Interaction & Service
Collect customer information and loan applications accurately.
Guide customers through the loan process -- from application to disbursement.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and transparent service.
3. Documentation & Verification
Verify applicant details, KYC documents, and income proofs as per company policy.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing and approval.
Ensure all required documentation is complete before disbursement.
4. Coordination & Follow-Up
Liaise with credit, risk, and collection departments for timely approval and repayment tracking.
Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, or EMIs.
Maintain regular communication with dealer partners for lead generation and business updates.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports on leads, approvals, and disbursements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and RBI guidelines.
Handle confidential customer data responsibly.

Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate (Preferably in Commerce, Business, or Finance)
Additional: MBA / PGDM in Sales or Finance (preferred)
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in vehicle loan sales, preferably with an NBFC or bank.
Freshers with good communication and field sales skills may also be considered.
Work Location:
Branch / Field - requires regular visits to dealers and customers.
