Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

: Making calls to potential new customers to generate interest in vehicle insurance.

Customer Engagement

: Explaining policy features, benefits, and pricing to potential policyholders.

Lead Management

: Updating customer information and call logs in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Sales and Persuasion

: Guiding customers to select the best insurance options and encouraging them to purchase or renew policies.

Customer Support

: Handling incoming calls and addressing customer concerns and inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal communication is essential for conveying information clearly and persuading customers.

Persuasion Skills

: The ability to convince customers to buy insurance policies.

Product Knowledge

: Understanding the details and features of different motor insurance policies.

Computer Literacy

: Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM or call tracking tools.

Customer Focus

: A patient and helpful attitude towards customers.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
