Qualifications & Experience:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in
vehicle inspection, manufacturing, or repair
.
In-depth knowledge of applicable Acts, rules, and regulatory guidelines related to vehicle inspection and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of inspection center operations.
Supervision of staff, equipment, and inspection processes.
Ensuring compliance with statutory norms, rules, and safety standards.
Preparing and submitting operational reports to relevant authorities.
Coordinating with IT, technical, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining discipline, efficiency, and quality standards across shifts.
General Requirements:
Valid qualification and experience certificates, police verification, and character certificate.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational needs.
