Job Description

We're looking for a

hands-on engineer or diploma graduate

who loves

building vehicles from scratch

-- from frame fabrication to component integration and final assembly.
If you've worked on

Baja, Go-Kart, or Formula Student

projects and enjoy turning a CAD model into a real working prototype, this is the place for you.

You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team working on

next-generation mobility solutions for wheelchair users

-- helping design, fabricate, assemble, and validate electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in

end-to-end vehicle development

-- from prototype fabrication to production. Work on

mechanical assembly

, fitting, alignment, and integration of sub-systems (chassis, steering, drivetrain, suspension, etc.). Support

manufacturing activities

-- welding, machining, and sheet metal work. Assist in

testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning

vehicle performance. Collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency. Handle

procurement coordination, vendor follow-up, and workshop supervision

when needed. Maintain build documentation, BOMs, and ensure component quality.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Strong

mechanical aptitude

and hands-on fabrication/assembly experience. Knowledge of

vehicle systems

(chassis, suspension, drivetrain, steering). Basic understanding of

welding, machining, and workshop tools

. Ability to

read and interpret 2D drawings

and CAD assemblies. Familiarity with

SolidWorks

or willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Preferred Background:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

in Mechanical, Automobile, or Mechatronics Engineering. Active participant or alumni of

SAE Baja / Supra / Formula Student / Go-Kart / EV

teams. Experience in

fabrication, assembly, or prototype building

. Passion for

mobility innovation and vehicle design

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
