at the GO EC Charging Station in LuLu Mall, you will be responsible for providing courteous, safe, and efficient assistance to customers using our electric vehicle charging services. You will handle vehicle parking, support safe movement within the charging area, assist customers with charging operations when needed, and ensure a positive customer experience that reflects the GO EC brand values.
Vehicle Handling & Safety
Safely
park and retrieve vehicles
in the charging bay areas as required.
Manage vehicle keys securely and maintain accurate tracking of vehicles in the station zone.
Conduct
visual checks for any vehicle damage
upon arrival and before return, reporting issues to the supervisor.
Ensure safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians within the station vicinity.
