Job Description

The Vegan Chef will create and prepare high-quality plant-based dishes, manage kitchen operations, and ensure all food meets vegan standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and develop

100% vegan menus

and recipes. Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control. Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance. Train and guide kitchen staff on vegan cooking techniques. Stay updated with vegan food trends and ingredients.

Skills & Qualifications:



Experience in vegan or plant-based cooking. Strong knowledge of plant proteins, dairy substitutes, and vegan ingredients. Good kitchen management and time-management skills. Culinary certification is a plus.

Personal Attributes:



Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about vegan cuisine. Team player with strong communication skills.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
