End User support - Incident and Problem tickets Standard Changes Configuration - Environment Strategy etc Vault Yearly Refresh and Release planning Technical assessment on Improvement releases Draft Test cases and specifications Review other integration Changes and Coordinate with Integration team Check on Update of Test Data Package ####
