Job Summary

The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Research and Development processes by leveraging Veeva CTMS. With a hybrid work model this role requires a deep understanding of R&D to drive efficiency and innovation. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems contributing to the companys mission of advancing scientific research.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Veeva CTMS implementation and enhancements. Design and configure Veeva CTMS solutions to meet the specific needs of Research and Development processes. Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing Veeva CTMS to streamline clinical trial management. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Veeva CTMS. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring minimal disruption to R&D operations. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Veeva CTMS with other enterprise systems. Lead efforts to continuously improve system functionality and user satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all system configurations and processes. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on system analytics and user feedback. Support project management activities including planning execution and monitoring of Veeva CTMS projects. Engage with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into system enhancements.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Veeva CTMS with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrate expertise in Research and Development processes within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Show proficiency in documenting system configurations and creating user guides. Have experience in conducting user training and facilitating system adoption. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Certifications Required

Good to have Veeva Systems Certification.
