?Focus: Teach coding, logic, and problem-solving using fun and highly interactive online methods.

Maths Educators

?Mission: Build deep conceptual understanding.

?Focus: Help students develop strong concepts and application skills through engaging, comprehensive lessons.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

?Conduct interactive, online classes that are engaging and fun. ?Utilize creative tools like stories, roleplay, and structured problem-solving tasks. ?Personalize the learning experience for students across global regions. ?Share constructive, actionable feedback to ensure student growth.

What We Require:

?Expertise & Communication: Strong subject expertise in your chosen field (Phonics/English, Coding, or Maths) and excellent communication skills. ?Passion: A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds. ?Experience: Prior teaching/tutoring experience is preferred.
?

Bonus Skills That Will Set You Apart:

?Phonics/English: CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL certifications. ?Coding: Relevant Coding certifications. ?Maths: Math Olympiad exposure.

Time Commitment (IST) & Compensation:

?Schedule: 4-5 hours per day, 6 days a week (1 weekday off). ?Availability: Flexible slots based on your availability (allocation depends on demand & performance). ?Compensation: Highly competitive per-session pay.
