Role

This job holder is responsible to support the Skill Team Lead (STL) with administrative activities (non-technical) mostly involving updating of plans, vehicle build schedules and project documentation, as well as logistics activities, as instructed by the Skill Team Lead.

A purpose driven role for you

The purpose is to provide essential assistance and support to ensure the successful planning, execution , administrative assistance to project management, Logistics and Inventory management, Documentation of project activities

A Day in the life

The Project Support team members will be in daily contact with the STLs for which platform they will be supporting, being in charge of the administrative tasks associated with the projects, including drafting, tracking and updating of project schedules, project documentation preparation and updating, logistics and inventory management and handling.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma Mechanical / Automobile. / BBA

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Project Management tools (Eg.MS Project (optional) /other related tools), Functional knowledge of MS office

Behavioural Skills

Highly energetic, Team player, Self-motivated, Organized
