Job Description

Mainly responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that represents the brand, projects, events, or services of the organization. The role involves both creative and technical skills to ensure visual storytelling aligns with company objectives.

1. Pre-Production

Understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines Plan video concepts, shot lists, and storyboards Coordinate with the design/marketing/management team for content alignment Arrange equipment, locations, and schedules
2. Video Shooting / Production

Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment Ensure proper framing, lighting, focus, and audio quality Shoot site progress videos, completed projects, walkthroughs, interviews, and events Follow safety guidelines while shooting at construction or project sites
3. Post-Production

Edit video footage using professional editing software Add music, graphics, titles, transitions, and color correction Ensure final videos meet branding guidelines and quality standards Deliver videos in required formats for social media, websites, or presentations
4. Equipment Management

Handle, maintain, and safely store video equipment Ensure cameras, lenses, microphones, and accessories are in working condition Report any damage or technical issues immediately
5. Content & Branding

Maintain consistent visual style aligned with company branding Create engaging and professional video content for marketing and promotions Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and websites
6. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and marketing teams Follow shooting schedules and deadlines strictly Submit raw footage and edited videos as per company policy
Skills & Qualifications (Optional Section)

Should be Graduate with a course in Videography from a reputed institute. Proficiency in camera handling and video editing software Knowledge of lighting, composition, and storytelling Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work on-site and adapt to different environments. Time management and teamwork skills.
