Work Model: Hybrid Description Description : Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or equivalent 4-6 years of development experience VB6, Vb.Net Team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with web technologies in a hosted context Experience with WebForms design pattern and webservices is essential Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues and problems, identifying different design alternatives, making and explaining choices verbally or using design tools Knowledge of ASP.Net Core a plus Knowledge of insurance concepts an advantage in understanding our business requirements, but training will be provided otherwise Good oral and written communication skills Job Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Develop Web applications(Web Forms) and Web services (ASP.Net Core Web API and WCF) using Microsoft Vb.Net Prepare designs for new enhancements, taking into account the constraints of running a cloud-based multi-tenant application brainstorm technical solutions with other members of the technical team, prototyping them as required Develop and execute unit tests to validate code Provide guidance and support to other teams that use the web applications and services Participate in the daily scrum provide estimates and statuses when required present finished work to stakeholders at scrum reviews Keep up with technology and introduce new approaches/best practices to peers We Offer Exciting Projects: We focus on industries like High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
