Job Description

We are looking for a

VB.NET Developer

who is excellent at coding, database design, and analytical problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering projects independently or with the support of a development team. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients and internal cross-functional teams.

Ability to work with the Technical Lead on both technical and non-technical aspects of projects. Guide and mentor junior developers as needed. Estimate project timelines and resource requirements. Lead a small team (2-3 members), provide training, and maintain project documentation. Capable of delivering technical presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions. Should be able to take on a technical lead role within assigned projects.

Technical Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in

VB.NET

development. Proficient in

OOP principles

N-tier/N-layered architecture

. Experience with
