Responsibilities:o Designing and architecting the product/solution primarily using RPA/ IA platformso Ensuring customer requirements are translated into functional/ technical specifications and detailed level designso Ensuring the product/solution architecture is scalable and extensibleo Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performanceo Constantly upgrading the product with evolving technology and customer requirementso Partner with our customers to identify the best-customized solution that meets their requirements in terms of RPA strategy on an enterprise-levelo Leading the organization in exploiting technology and using knowledge of IT solutions to drive organizational change and to support business process designo Supporting the development team in developing solutionso Estimating costs and preparing business cases for IT solutions, giving due consideration to infrastructure, licensing, development, and supporto Working with the project team to develop high-level project schedule and resource plans for implementationo Providing pre-sales support to the sales team during RFI/RFP and PoC stages, including the drafting of RFI/RFP responseso Lead and mentor small & large teams of developersThe ideal candidate should possess: o Bachelor university degree in Engineering/Computer Science, BCA, MCAo Overall 8 to 10 years of experience including a minimum of 3 years in a professional senior technical role (e.g. technical lead, team lead, or architect)o Experience in defining and implementing RPA strategy and solution architecture for at least 2 customers.o Experience in programming languages (VB, C#, .NET, C++) is a musto Must be a certified UiPath Advanced Developer. Certification on Solutions Architect would be an added advantageo Should be equipped with knowledge of latest products/ offerings by IA Platform Providers
