to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Boche Tea products directly to retail outlets, ensuring proper stock rotation, maintaining product visibility, and building strong customer relationships. A valid driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the sales van to assigned routes and ensure timely delivery of Boche Tea products to retailers and distributors.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective route planning and market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners.
Ensure product visibility, proper merchandising, and stock rotation at all outlets.
Collect payments as per company policy and deposit them as instructed.
Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and inventory using company-provided systems or manual logs.
Identify new business opportunities and potential retail outlets in the assigned territory.
Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and adheres to safety standards.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum SSLC / Plus Two; a diploma or degree in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales (experience in tea or related products preferred).
License:
Must possess a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local routes and markets.
Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
Physical Requirements:
Should be fit to handle product loading/unloading when necessary.
