Chefouse is one of Kerala's fast-emerging FMCG brands, known for delivering high-quality snacks and bakery products through a growing network of distribution and retail channels. We're expanding our van sales force to ensure better reach, availability, and service across the state.

Role Overview:



We are hiring a

Van Sales Executive

who will be responsible for delivering products, taking orders, and managing retail relationships across defined sales routes. This is a field-intensive role ideal for someone with strong regional route knowledge and hands-on van sales experience in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate the van across assigned routes to deliver products and generate fresh orders from retailers Build strong relationships with retail shops to ensure regular and repeat orders Ensure correct stock handling, display, and product visibility at the outlet level Maintain accurate sales, order, and collection records on a daily basis Report competitor activity, market feedback, and sales updates regularly Ensure collections and outstanding recovery as per sales protocol Support in achieving route-wise daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Preferred Route Experience:



Candidates familiar with key sales routes across Malappuram, Calicut, Palakkad, Kannur, or other major areas in Kerala will be strongly preferred.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in Van Sales

(FMCG preferred) Strong local route knowledge and retail market familiarity Ability to independently manage van operations and shop relations

Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses

(mandatory) Discipline in reporting, basic sales record keeping, and cash handling Malayalam communication is essential; basic Hindi/English is a plus

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
