Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Ice Cream Delivery Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting ice cream products to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a passion for ice cream, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Operations:

Safely operate and drive the ice cream delivery van to designated locations, including retail outlets, events, and private parties.

Load and unload ice cream products and equipment, ensuring proper handling to maintain product quality.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and ensuring their orders are accurately fulfilled.

Address any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery van to ensure safety and functionality.

Report any mechanical issues or required maintenance to management.

Compliance:

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.

Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the food or beverage industry.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up

Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
