Job Description

Deliver FMCG goods to retailers, distributors, or customers as per the route plan. Ensure accurate and timely deliveries and pickups. Load and unload products safely. Collect delivery receipts, invoices, and signatures from customers. Handle cash/cheque collections where applicable. Report daily delivery status and vehicle usage logs. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle Communicate politely with retailers/customers. Handle minor issues or complaints and escalate complex ones to supervisors. Verify goods before dispatch and after delivery for shortages or damages. Ensure safe handling to avoid product damage/spillage.
