Job Description

Deliver FMCG products to retailers/customers as per the delivery schedule. Load, unload, and arrange goods in the van according to route and delivery priority. Verify the quantity and quality of goods before loading and during delivery. Collect payments (if COD) and issue receipts/invoices to customers. Maintain accurate delivery records, including cash collection, invoices, and returns. Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage. Build and maintain good relationships with customers, address any concerns or complaints politely and promptly. Achieve assigned daily/weekly sales and delivery targets. Ensure the van is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy. Report any stock discrepancies, route issues, or customer feedback to the supervisor.
