Valve Industry background .

Should have knowledge of below;

- To Co-ordinate with production- assembly to prepare the valves for Hydrotesting, Gas leak testing, cryogenic testing and all other applicable pressure testing.

- To carry out Hydrotesting, cryogenic testing, gas leak test as per QIP and prepare the report

- To Carry out Helium Leak tests as per customer requirements and coordinating with Third Party inspection agency in offering of valves get the approval.

- Study & prepare the quality plan for each job, identify stages of inspection by TPI, customer, IBR (if applicable)

- Prepare and send inspection call letters to TPI, customer in advance, file requests for IBR inspection in advance

- Co-ordinate with production on daily basis, carry out stage and final inspection (internal)

- Witness all stage and final inspections for internal clearance/ acceptance prior to offering it to outside agencies

- Prepare fugitive emission testing procedures and other applicable testing procedures.

- Have a good understanding of the code requirements for each of the inspection activities, acceptance criteria,

- Should be able to read and interpret codes for various materials, acceptance criteria, tests and measurements,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
