Job Title: Valve Operator

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor steam lines, boiler lines, and oil control valves.

Handle valve operations in ceramic kilns, steel plants, or food processing lines.

Ensure smooth functioning of pipelines and maintain required pressure/flow.

Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain valves to avoid leakage or malfunction.

Support production teams during shutdowns, startups, and maintenance activities.

Maintain daily operation logs and report abnormalities to supervisors.

Follow safety protocols while working on high-pressure steam/oil/boiler lines.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of steam line and boiler line operations.

Hands-on experience in valve handling in ceramic/steel/food processing industries.

Ability to troubleshoot valve-related issues.

Safety awareness in handling pressurized systems.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Boiler, or related trade.

2-10 years of work experience in a similar industry.
