: Valve Design Engineer :

Experience

: 2 - 5 years ,

Key Responsibilities:

Applications:Instrumentation, Injection & Sampling & PipingDesign:Single / Double Ball & Needle/Ball Bleed Valve, Floating & Trunnion Ball Design Soft, Metal Seat with Flange or Thread ends- Design and develop

valve components using SolidWorks design software.

- Create and interpret manufacturing drawings for

valve parts

, ensuring all designs meet quality and
safety standards.
- Apply knowledge of

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance

(GDT) in the design process.

- Prepare General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) for inquiries, providing clear and precise visual
representations of valve assemblies.
- Develop Bills of Materials (BOM) for valve assemblies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including

API 6D, API 6A, ASME B 16.35, ASME B 16.5,

ASME

Sec VIII Div. 1, and PED.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely project delivery and product quality.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documents and other technical documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor& degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in

valve design and manufacturing drawing preparation.

- Proficient in

SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
