Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience: Strong knowledge of construction technology, costing, materials, and negotiations

Negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services without compromising quality.

Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BQs) for construction projects to facilitate accurate costing and budgeting.

Analyze construction technologies, materials, and methods to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Evaluate and recommend alternative construction techniques, materials, and designs to optimize project value while maintaining functionality and quality.

Collaborate closely with project management, design teams, and contractors to integrate value engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct cost-benefit analysis of proposed changes and innovations to ensure alignment with project objectives and budgets.

Monitor market trends on construction materials and technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance project value.

Support project teams in risk mitigation by identifying potential cost overruns and suggesting preemptive corrective actions.

Ensure thorough documentation of value engineering proposals, negotiation outcomes, and implementation plans.

Drive negotiations and manage relationships with vendors and contractors to secure favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules.

Pay: ?130,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
