Value Advisor 2 for Hyderabad location only.



The Value Advisor 2 is responsible for developing the value narrative of our solutions across the core industry verticals for our field teams to leverage.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain value-selling assets for Hyland's core industries, including messaging, positioning materials, and content to support sales plays and marketing initiatives. Build, maintain, and support ROI models and value tools for AI, agentic AI, RPA, and enterprise content management solutions. Primarily manage the update of our core on-line value tool embedded in our selling process Support the Value Advisory team for additional projects and initiatives Develop value tooling and capabilities for Hyland partners to leverage in their sales cycles Create standard business cases and presentations by industry vertical that articulate the value of Hyland solutions, including financial and operational benefits. Document and curate value insights from past engagements, deployed solutions, and industry benchmarks to continuously improve value content and reuse.

Basic Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 4+ yrs of experience. Experience with enterprise software sales including enterprise content services solutions, front office and back-office capabilities, strategy consulting methodologies and technology deployments across multiple verticals and business processes Understand basic financial concepts including ROI, NPV and cash flows Expert in Microsoft Office software Demonstrated knowledge in value advisor sales in relevant technology solutions or assigned industry Ability to work independently and multi-task on various projects and customer engagements Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Present and write with ease in English, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience Self-motivated with the ability to manage engagements independently to completion Demonstrated ability to write English in a concise, logical, grammatically correct documentation Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas Work remotely colleagues in other time zones and geographical regions Minimal travel required
