About the Role :We're looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead PR efforts for our automotive clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the auto industry landscape, established media relationships, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that drive visibility, thought leadership, and positive brand positioning.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute PR strategies tailored to automotive clients.- Build and maintain strong media relationships with top-tier automotive and business journalists.- Draft and edit press releases, articles, media notes, and thought leadership pieces.- Handle media queries and coordinate interviews, briefings, and press conferences.- Monitor media coverage and share regular reports with analysis.- Manage crisis communications with a clear understanding of industry sensitivities.- Work closely with internal account teams and clients to ensure alignment on brand messaging.- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms relevant to auto PR.What We're Looking For- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, preferably in or with auto clients (OEMs, component manufacturers, EV startups, etc.)- Proven media network across national and trade publications (auto, business, tech).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Experience managing PR campaigns, events, and product launches in the auto domain.
