About the Role- We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Director - Business Development to lead our growth strategy and drive new client acquisition. This leadership role will focus on identifying business opportunities, pitching to prospects, and expanding our portfolio across sectors including Corporate, Lifestyle, BFSI, Healthcare, and Technology.- You will be the face of the agency for new clients - building relationships, understanding business needs, and positioning our PR and integrated communication services effectively.Key Responsibilities :- Own and execute the business development strategy to drive revenue growth.- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with agency goals.- Prepare compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects across sectors.- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, operations) to deliver high-impact presentations.- Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client movements.- Represent the agency at networking events, industry forums, and conferences.- Build and nurture C-level and senior decision-maker relationships.What We're Looking For :- 8-12 years of experience in business development / client acquisition within a PR, advertising, or communications agency.- Proven track record of winning high-value PR mandates and managing deal cycles end-to-end.- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the PR landscape and evolving client needs.- Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet growth targets.- Well-networked within the corporate and media ecosystem, especially in Mumbai.
