, we're looking for a

Valuation Operations Executive

to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end backend operations of our property valuation function. This includes drafting detailed valuation reports, coordinating with vendor-valuers and site engineers, managing client interactions, and conducting quality checks to ensure reports meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assign valuation cases to empanelled valuer-vendors based on geography, capacity, and timelines. Coordinate with site engineers for timely submission of field data, and supporting documents. Draft valuation reports using inputs from field valuers, as per the formats prescribed by banks and NBFCs. Interpret key documents such as RTC, EC, Khata, building approvals, and village maps. Perform Quality Check to ensure all drafted reports are accurate, clear, and complete. Coordinate with clients to address queries, provide clarifications, and make necessary revisions. Monitor progress of each case to ensure reports are fulfilled within the expected TAT.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Has prior experience drafting valuation reports for

Karnataka properties

Kannada

. Pays high attention to detail and ensures accuracy in documentation. Is organized, proactive, and comfortable with coordination and follow-ups. Can manage high volumes of documentation while maintaining consistency and quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
