The Opportunity

:

UST is looking for Validation Technician.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring Microsoft Operating systems. Good understanding of Platform HW/SW ingredients for post silicon. Basic knowledge in system BIOS, UEFI framework and architecture, USB, Multimedia, Driver,Camera, Disk, Desktop, Power management, Type C and silicon technologies. Identify the test cases to be executed from the available set of test cases provided.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of various Benchmark tools, Stress & Stability and Power Management.

Analyze the system Power states and Device states, Understand and analyze in Test strategies. Ready to work as per the client schedule. Reproduction of failures reported in required platform configurations & Defect management. Adapt to work on flexible timing and work locations. Need to attend the Client meeting and understand the requirement clearly and Ready to work with systems on racks as well.

Desired Skills:

Ability to understand various Windows products features & execute the test cases. Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to analyze and debug issues. Good communication & interpersonal skills to work with different teams. Ability to assemble / troubleshoot computer system. Ability to understand, articulate and isolate the issues observed during test execution
