Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist them with their luggage or other belongings as needed. Park and retrieve customer vehicles promptly and safely. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations within the parking area. Maintain an organized and efficient system for tracking vehicle keys and parking locations. Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and report it to the guest and management. Respond to guest inquiries and provide directions or information about the facility. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor. Maintain a clean and tidy valet station and parking area.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a valet driver or professional driver is a plus. Strong knowledge of various vehicle types and models. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Professional demeanor and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on your feet for extended periods. A high degree of responsibility and discretion. Must pass a background check. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred.
