Greeting Guests:

Welcoming guests warmly and professionally, providing a positive first and last impression.

Parking and Retrieving Vehicles:

Safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles for guests.

Assisting with Luggage:

Helping guests with their luggage, potentially involving lifting and carrying.

Providing Customer Service:

Answering guest questions, providing directions, and resolving any issues promptly.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Parking Area:

Ensuring the parking lot is tidy and well-maintained.

Operating Vehicles Safely:

Driving vehicles safely and responsibly in a controlled environment.

Following Procedures:

Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to valet operations.

Communicating Effectively:

Clearly communicating with guests and other staff members.

Recording Information:

Accurately recording vehicle details, keys, and other relevant information.

Ensuring Security:

Safeguarding vehicles and guest belongings while in the valet's care.
