Looking for a head of social media to enhance the brand and build strong online communities through our nvarious social media platforms through these social media channels. TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Youtube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & Pinterest.Duties/Responsibilities:- Social Media Calendar to be built - Quarterly, Monthly & Weekly basis important events, launches, events- Build a Differentiated Content Strategy for Various Platforms- Basis the content strategy and approach, create an execution plan and float briefs to various stakeholders - e.g. Recipe Content, Product Shots, requisitioning photoshoots, brand and product videos- Analysis of Data - Track performance of posts and present findings for all platforms - Maintain reports, track website visits, profile visits, reach etc. Assess performance and make necessary corrections/changes as per data.- Focus on growth of followers and engagement as well especially on Tiktok, Instagram and YT shorts.- Work Closely with Influencer marketing team for collaborations and content as per Brand Aesthetic- Managing all social media Brand Collaborations - Ideating Giveaway, Cross Promotion Idea, Hosting Giveaways etc.- Concepts, Themes & Communication Stance for Social Media: Ideate, Reference, and execute- Content testing and experiments within brand guidelines- Create SOPs for Content creators - Important to have a clear understanding of how to pitch the concept/product to the audience. May/May not be able to draft the exact script - but appreciation of what's on brand/ what's relevant.- Special Focus on Tiktok - Evaluate content creators, Content Ideas, References, trends etc- Taking care of ORM on Social Media (Reactive and proactive)Measures of Success:- Audience & follower growth- Increased engagement- Monitor Mentions- Increased reach and impressions of campaignsRequired Experience and Skill Set:- 3-4 years of relevant work experience- Good creative, aesthetic sense- Basic photo and video-editing experience- Strong communication and presentation skills- Analytical ability- An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once- Problem solving skills (ref:updazz.com)
