RFP Pre-Sales Manager (SLED - IT & Healthcare Staffing)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced RFP Pre-Sales Manager to lead our SLED (State, Local, Education) opportunity intake and pre-sales efforts. This is a high-impact role focused on managing RFP/RFX workflows, supporting win strategies, and collaborating closely with leadership and bid teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage intake, tracking, and triage of RFPs/RFIs/RFQs across SLED platforms
Lead a small pre-sales/RFP intake team to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency
Identify early-stage opportunities using public records and FOIL requests
Prepare executive-level RFP summaries, scoring, and opportunity assessments
Coordinate closely with Bid Managers and Executive Leadership
Engage with state, county, city, education, and cooperative procurement portals
Centralize communication and documentation using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Maintain visibility into federal and SLED pipelines, including SAM awareness
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in SLED RFP / Pre-Sales / Capture, preferably in IT or Healthcare Staffing
Strong knowledge of state and local procurement processes
Experience handling high-volume RFP/RFX workflows
Ability to simplify complex RFPs into clear, actionable insights
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
