Magellan Hotels and Resorts is hiring a Vacation Package Sales Executive with experience in the hotel and tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating, selling, and managing customized holiday packages while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

? Key Responsibilities

Create and sell customized vacation and tour packages

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins

Understand guest needs and recommend suitable travel packages

Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, sightseeing operators, and guides

Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close bookings

Confirm hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and tour services

Maintain booking records, guest details, and payment status

Ensure smooth guest experience from booking to check-out

Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally

Drive repeat business and meet monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any field (Hotel Management / Tourism preferred but not mandatory)

Minimum 1 year experience in hotel sales, travel agency, tour operations, or reservations

Good knowledge of Sikkim, Darjeeling, Lachung, Lachen, and Pelling

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Email, Excel, CRM, Booking Software)

Strong follow-up mindset and sales approach
