We are looking for Site Supervisors to manage construction and interior projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be experienced, responsible, and capable of handling site operations efficiently.
Supervise and monitor all on-site construction and interior activities
Hire, manage, and evaluate the performance of site workers
Check inventory levels and place orders for required materials
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of tools and equipment
Read, interpret, and implement building plans and blueprints
Enforce strict safety and compliance protocols at the site
Maintain accurate attendance and work records of laborers
Review daily work progress and suggest improvements
Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards
Submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager
Attend site meetings and project-related events as needed
Languages Preferred: Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English
