To increase the school's visibility and enrolment by planning and executing
ATL and BTL marketing activities
, and by building strong partnerships with
preschools, residential societies, and community organizations
. The role focuses on outdoor marketing, brand promotion, and lead generation for admissions.
Key Responsibilities:1. ATL (Above the Line) Marketing
Plan and execute ATL campaigns such as newspaper ads, radio promotions, and outdoor hoardings.
Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for creative development and placement.
Ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all ATL platforms.
2. BTL (Below the Line) Marketing & Outdoor Promotions
Organize school promotion drives, roadshows, kiosks, and community engagement activities.
Conduct school presentations and awareness sessions in
preschools
and
residential societies/towers
.
Develop partnerships with preschools for referral programs, joint events, and feeder school tie-ups.
Liaise with residential societies for event participation, weekend activities, and brand visibility opportunities.
Plan and manage outdoor branding materials such as banners, standees, flyers, and vehicle branding.
3. Event Management
Support the planning and execution of school open houses, exhibitions, and education fairs.
Coordinate logistics, permissions, and vendor management for outdoor events.
Represent the school at community and educational events to promote programs and facilities.
4. Lead Generation & Admissions Support
Generate leads through outdoor campaigns, tie-ups, and events.
Coordinate with the admissions team for lead follow-up and conversion.
Track and report campaign outcomes, ROI, and engagement statistics.
5. Brand Development & Communication
Assist in creating promotional content and messaging for outdoor and social campaigns.
Maintain relationships with community leaders, society committees, and preschool management.
Ensure all marketing activities align with school branding and communication standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or event promotion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends or holidays during events.
Creative thinker with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
Salary as per market standards
Working Conditions:
Field-based role with frequent local travel.
May require flexible working hours during events and campaigns.
