Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

with 2-3 years of experience in the

Gas (Industrial/Commercial LPG, CNG, PNG, etc.)

or

FMCG

sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales, distributor/channel management, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and driving customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation



Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales. Conduct field visits to clients, distributors, and retailers.

2. Channel & Distribution Management



Manage and grow the distribution network. Ensure proper stock availability and display at the distributor/retailer level. Monitor primary and secondary sales data.

3. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Address customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.

4. Market Intelligence



Monitor competitors' activities and gather market insights. Share feedback on product performance and customer preferences.

5. Reporting & Coordination



Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular updates to reporting managers. Coordinate with supply chain/logistics and accounts teams for order fulfillment and collections.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Education:

MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.

Experience:

2-3 years in a Sales Executive/Officer role in the

Gas

or

FMCG

industry.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and handle field pressure.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
