Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
Conduct field visits to clients, distributors, and retailers.
2. Channel & Distribution Management
Manage and grow the distribution network.
Ensure proper stock availability and display at the distributor/retailer level.
Monitor primary and secondary sales data.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Address customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
4. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitors' activities and gather market insights.
Share feedback on product performance and customer preferences.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular updates to reporting managers.
Coordinate with supply chain/logistics and accounts teams for order fulfillment and collections.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
Experience:
2-3 years in a Sales Executive/Officer role in the
Gas
or
FMCG
industry.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle field pressure.
