Roles & Responsibilities :- \xc2\xb7 Introduce the firm\xe2\x80\x99s products and services across clients. Up Sell, Cross Sell and meet the need of clients across all products and services. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers and maintain a high level of retention of client base. \xc2\xb7 Conducting lead generation activities online and offline. \xc2\xb7 Focus on generating new business and build client network. \xc2\xb7 Generate revenues and AUM for the company as per the expectation. \xc2\xb7 Advise clients on a range of products viz. Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS in stocks and securities broking, derivatives, bonds and all the products promoted by the company. \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base across product categories and locations. Qualification required :- \xc2\xb7 Proven 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a RM or relevant role. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English, Hindi language. \xc2\xb7 A candidate should be graduated. (B.com, BAF, BMS, BBI) \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MS Office. \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. \xc2\xb7 Fast learner and passion for sales. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
