- Manage internal, statutory and concurrent audits of multi-branch corporations, PSUs and manufacturing companies.
- Examine effectiveness of internal financial controls and lapses in the same, document remedies to mitigate risk caused by said lapses and non-compliance.
- Manage filing of ITRs, forms under the Income Tax Act, 1961, tax audits, preparation of financial statements.
- Manage pre-requisite compliance for the listing of companies.
- Income Tax litigation related work.
- GSTR filing and GST litigation related work.
