Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Monitor quality and safety standards across all project stages.
Maintain accurate records of labor attendance, work progress, and resource utilization.
Prepare and submit regular project status and progress reports to management.
Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective measures.
Participate in project meetings, client interactions, and site inspections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management (Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in project coordination or a similar role (Required)
Languages:
Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of construction and interior work processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
