Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and courteous Public Relations Officer (PRO) to act as a liaison between the hospital, patients, attendants, doctors, and the public. The PRO will ensure excellent patient experience, manage inquiries, and support hospital communication and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and guide patients and attendants within the hospital Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient flow Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and service information Maintain a positive image of the hospital among patients and visitors Support hospital marketing, health camps, and community outreach programs Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups when required Ensure proper communication of hospital policies and procedures Maintain records of patient feedback and complaints

Qualifications & Skills

Qualification : PG / DEGREE/Diploma

Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setup preferred Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Polite, patient-friendly, and presentable personality Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Software)

Experience

Freshers or candidates with above 1 years of experience can apply Hospital or healthcare industry experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
