Vacancy for Office Assistant and Reception Work
Qualification: Any Graduate or HSC
Key Skills: Data Entry, Working with MS Office and Excel, Good communication skills, Persuasive and friendly behavior
Experience: Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Managing administrative tasks related to CAD course registrations and maintaining data of admissions, collections, and recovery, etc., through Excel sheets.
2. Coordinating scheduling for CAD training sessions and workshops and assisting with organizing training materials and resources.
3. Handling inquiries from potential students and providing information about courses.
4. Daily calling the prospective hot and cold leads and converting them to visits, and maintaining the enquiry records.
5. Managing student records, attendance, and progress tracking.
6. Assisting instructors with logistical support during training sessions and handling communication with students regarding schedule changes or updates.
7. Maintaining an organized filing system for course materials and student records.
8. Welcoming visitors and prospective students to the institute.
9. Answering phone calls and providing information about CAD courses.
10. Managing front desk activities, and coordinating with instructors and students for smooth course logistics.
11. Managing the scheduling of consultations or appointments for course guidance.
12. Ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere in the institute.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
