Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries in a professional manner.
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
Document interactions and update systems as required.
Collaborate with the team and support process improvements.
Requirements:
Qualification: HSC/Graduate (UG/PG)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Comfortable with rotational shifts / night shifts.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
