Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA regulations.
Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building regulations, and approval processes.
Coordinate with authorities for approvals.
Design master plans, layouts, and building plans for industrial, hospitality, and warehousing projects.
Use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit for design and visualization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Job Role : Architect
Work Location: Thane
Experience: 2-3 Years
Working time: 10 am to 6.30 PM (3rd Saturday and all Sundays off)
