Job Description
Designation- Company Secretary & Legal Team Member : To draft and vet service agreements, NDA, leave and license agreement Drafting and vetting various Policies for the Company as per RBI guidelines such as privacy policy, terms and conditions for the website; Complying with the various requirements with respect to Companies Act, 2013 and Notice, Agendas, & Minutes of Meetings: Conducting Board, Committee, Shareholder and other Meetings of the Company & its Subsidiaries and drafting of Notice, Agendas and Minutes for the said Meetings. IRDA compliances Preparation and Filing of e-forms, returns and applications with Registrar of Companies (ROC) through portal of MCA, RBI and FEMA. RBI & FEMA Compliances: Filing of Annual Return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets, Foreign investments in the Company through FIRMS portal, Annual Performance Reporting etc. Manage the share transfer related compliances. To work on special projects like incorporation of company, demat of shares and its compliances, internal reporting covenants, internal compliance reports and other compliance works for the Company. Qualification Fresher or 1 to 2 years experience. CS final cleared or awaited results for professional module & qualified LLB Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:
