About the Role

We are looking for a

smart, enthusiastic, and skilled Commi 1 and DCDP

to join our

Bakery NPD team

. The role involves working closely with chefs and food technologists to support

new recipe trials, product innovation, and bakery operations

. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about

baking and product development

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

recipe development

for cakes, desserts, artisan breads, and savory bakery items. Support in

trial batches, scaling recipes

, and documenting results. Conduct

basic preparation, mixing, baking, and finishing

of products as per instructions. Ensure

quality, consistency, and hygiene standards

are maintained in all trials. Assist in

packaging trials, shelf-life studies, and presentations

. Maintain

records of raw material usage, recipe notes, and trial outcomes

. Work in coordination with the

Bakery Chef, R&D Head, and NPD Team

. Keep up with

trends in bakery & desserts

to contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Bakery & Confectionery / Culinary Arts (preferred).

Experience:

1-2 years in a professional bakery, pastry shop, or food manufacturing setup.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of

basic bakery techniques

(mixing, baking, proofing, finishing). Creative mindset with interest in

new product development

. Good communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, recipe documentation). Ability to work in a

fast-paced, structured environment

. Should be

smart, disciplined, and eager to learn

new skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,823.67 - ₹34,854.19 per month
