Handling KYC, KRA & UCI compliance. Accounting with Share broking Firm on Shilpi Software. Handling completed Internet Banking, Funds management, transaction and Bank Reconciliation. Handling completed Data Processing by using exchange files. Maintaining data of daily work for records. Handling Day to Day activities related to accounts & Solved Queries of Clients & Branches. Handling completed DP work for broker. Handling whole Back office team. Manage the daily team activities and ensure the daily operations run smoothly. Feedback and Coaching. Handling Escalations, customer complaints and account closure requests. Knowledge management for the team and quality control. Core work is to upload an A/C in MCX , National Commodity Exchange and Equity market Financial Analyst of B/S and bank statement Handling Back Office Queries and dealing with clients. Mapped DP, Bank, KYC Modification & other details come for clients by mail.





Desired Candidate Profile:
Exp : 2-3 Yrs ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Service Tax and also Pay Online Service Tax & TDS on monthly basis. Sending of digital mails and maintaining records for bounced mails. Trades import and billing. Equities trade process. Uploading daily Trade file, Margin file & Bhav Copy in software getting through exchange. Accounting of Share broking Firm on shilpi package. Passing the daily bank payment & receipt entries. Preparation of cheques. Preparation of Cash and Bank Voucher. Handling completed Internet Banking, Funds management, transaction and Reconciliation. Preparing weekly bank reconciliation manually. UCI & KRA compliance. ENIT upload of NCFM & NEAT User IDs.
