Job Description

: Draftsmen (Male/Female)
Work Location: Thane
Experience: 4-5 Years
Working time : 10 am to 6.30 PM (3rd Saturday and all Sunday off)
Male/female
Key Responsibilities:

Assist architects and engineers in developing plans as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA, MSRDC, etc.
Create and modify technical drawings as per regulatory norms.
Assist in plan development and approvals.
Ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
Support documentation for approvals and submissions.
Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software
