Job Description

Bharti Defence & Infrastructure Ltd. Is an emerging defence-tech venture focused on the design and development of unmanned systems, including drones, unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), and future autonomous platforms. Our goal is to rapidly build and test proof-of-concept prototypes in India, aligned with the Make in India initiative, and scale them into commercial products for defence and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

design and development

of UAV electronic systems including flight controllers, power distribution units, communication modules, and payload interfaces. Oversee

system integration

of avionics, sensors, propulsion, and ground control systems. Drive

end-to-end project execution

from concept through prototyping, testing, and production. Conduct

design reviews

,

DFMEAs

, and ensure

compliance

with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with software, mechanical, and aerodynamics teams to ensure full system optimization. Develop

testing protocols

, perform system validation, and lead flight testing campaigns. Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, testing results, and integration procedures.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant industrial experience in UAV or unmanned systems. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude Proven experience in

electronics design

,

PCB development

, and

embedded systems

for UAV applications. Hands-on experience with UAV

integration and testing

in field and lab environments. Experience with

flight controllers (e.g., PX4, Ardupilot)

and

communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, etc.)

. Strong understanding of

system-level architecture

and

power systems

. Familiarity with

certification standards

such as DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD, or equivalent is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
